General Terms & Conditions

• “Discount Code” or “Voucher Code” means a code that must be entered at checkout on online transaction or stated prior to purchase through phone orders, in order to receive a discount or benefit.
• All discount codes are applied to the value of the order, excluding delivery cost and are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
• Unless stated, a discount code is not valid in conjunction with any other voucher code.
• MAD4TOOLS reserves the right to decline orders where, in its opinion, the discount code is invalid for the order being placed.
• Only one voucher code can be used per order, per person.
• In the event of a product return, refunds will be given for the value of the original purchase i.e. with applied discount. Not at the RRP of the item.
• To apply a discount code, you must enter it at checkout or, if placing an order over the phone, state the code prior to competing and paying for the order.
